Berlin’s hardline response to pro-Palestine protesters has hit another legal wall.
The Berlin Administrative Court ruled on Wednesday that the city’s immigration authorities were not entitled to revoke the residency rights of an Irish activist involved in demonstrations linked to the occupation of a university building. Berlin authorities had previously threatened the woman with deportation.
